SHIPPING POLICY
Currently only standard ground and LTL shipping is available for online orders. Express shipping and other methods may be arranged by contacting Sport Turf Supply. Note: Once product has been handed over to our shipping providers, Sport Turf Supply, Inc. is no longer responsible for the condition of the product. However, we will work with you and for you to correct any problems that may occur in transit to you.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the organic nature, customization and service life of our products, the following restrictions have been placed on returns:

No returns accepted on pre-mixed biology or opened containers of any type.

No returns accepted on Seed.

Any returns must be approved by management. Approved product may be returned within 30 days for credit on account, minus a 30% restocking fee.

Returned product must be received in our Midland City, Alabama location before credit will be given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. (No credit will be allowed for freight charges.)

No returns considered after 60 days.

PAYMENT METHOD
Our online sales are processed through PayPal.com, which currently accepts most bank cards or an established PayPal account for payment. Any other form of payment may be arranged by contacting Sport Turf Supply, Inc. at (334) 702-4101. No product will be shipped until payment has been received.
